Individual task time is dependant on project complexity and availability of the client team members assigned to the project. The majority of the project will occur via remote meetings and email communication, however business requirements gathering and user training will include our CRM consultants, in-person meeting with your staff. During the business requirements phase, we may discover that additional hardware components are necessary to optimally run CRM in your environment. In the event that this occurs, we will work with you to find the best solution. One of the most important components of the project plan is Data Migration Planning. This phase usually requires input from a decision maker and can sometimes involve manual clean-up. Our Dynamics CRM experts are avilable to assist with the manual data clean-up, however someone from you company is best suited to make these changes as they are more familiar with the data.

Introduction to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is a central repository for customer data that integrates with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office Outlook. Natively CRM 4.0 assists with Sales and Service by:
- Provides current customer, deal, product and competitor information for instant retrieval by a company's sales organization.
- Enables efficient resolution of customer problems via proactive customer service.
- Allows remote personnel to communicate swiftly and accurately with customer service organizations to meet customers' individual needs.
- Provides up-to-date information on purchasing habits to strengthen marketing campaigns to cross-sell and up-sell current customers and acquire new customers.
Similar to other Microsoft products, data and application settings for CRM 4.0 are stored in a server application. This model allows users to have access to real-time data. There are four types of server applications for Microsoft CRM 4.0: Workgroup, Professional, Enterprise, and CRM Online. There are three types of client applications for CRM 4.0: Web Client, Offline CRM Outlook. Users can use both an Outlook Client and the Web Client, however only one version of the Outlook client can be installed at a time.
